1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using Cheaper SMM Panel (https://cheapersmmpanel.com), you automatically accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use or access our services.
2. Nature of Services Rendered
Cheaper SMM Panel acts solely as an automated reseller panel for promotional and marketing purposes. You agree that:
- We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered, but this is subject to API load and platform updates.
- We do not guarantee that new followers/subscribers will interact with your future content. We simply guarantee the delivery of the quantity you purchased.
- You will not upload or promote any illegal, explicit, adult, or otherwise prohibited content through our platform.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the Terms of Service of Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Twitter, and other respective platforms.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Cheaper SMM Panel provides intangible, irrevocable digital goods and services. Therefore, ALL FUNDS DEPOSITED INTO YOUR WALLET ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
- No Payment Gateway Refunds: Once funds are added to your wallet via UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, or any other gateway, they cannot be reversed, charged back, or refunded to your original payment method under any circumstances.
- Wallet Credits Only: If an order cannot be completed or fails to deliver, the equivalent funds will be refunded back to your Cheaper SMM Panel account wallet. These funds can be used for future orders.
- Chargeback Ban: Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment gateway will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of your wallet balance, and a ban of your IP address.
- Incorrect URLs: Orders placed with private accounts, incorrect links, or dropped usernames cannot be canceled or refunded. It is your sole responsibility to provide correct information.
4. Anti-Fraud & KYC Verification
To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and prevent payment fraud, Cheaper SMM Panel reserves the right to hold any suspicious payment and request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- If a payment is flagged as high-risk, we may request a government-issued ID and proof of address before crediting the funds to your wallet.
- Failure to provide requested KYC documentation will result in the suspension of the transaction.
5. Indemnification & Platform Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cheaper SMM Panel, its owners, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal liabilities arising from your use of the service.
- Account Suspensions: Cheaper SMM Panel is not liable for any account bans, suspensions, shadowbans, or picture/video deletions executed by Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media platform. You use our promotional services entirely at your own risk.
- Algorithm Changes: We are not responsible for drops in followers or engagement caused by core algorithm updates on third-party platforms.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
